Purchases and billing

For purchase restoration, tell us which product you bought and what the app currently shows. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are managed by Apple through your App Store account.

Data recovery

We do not hold a master key or a copy of your vault. If a passcode or backup password is lost, support may not be able to recover the encrypted information.
